Every fall, the Preston Ford story picks up speed. For over a decade, we've ranked among the Top 100 Ford Dealers nationwide, and this year brought more reasons to be proud. Readers of Coastal Style Magazine's Best Of 2026 named Preston Automotive Group and Preston Ford the Best Car Dealership and Best Automotive Repair in both Dorchester and Talbot Counties, and honored founder Dave Wilson Sr. as Best Businessman, a reminder that the only ranking that truly matters to us is the one earned in this community.

And this September, we're proud to take part in Ford's Global Food Drive, continuing our fight against hunger close to home.

Carson's Legacy
Few things have shaped our purpose as deeply as the memory of Carson Wilson, the beloved son of David and Amanda Wilson. Carson's courageous spirit and joyful heart continue to inspire everyone at Preston Automotive Group, and his legacy has become a lasting reminder of why giving back matters so much.
That legacy carries his name forward in the Hopeins Foundation, born from the Wilson family's long-standing Wilson Family Foundation and renamed in his honor, a name rooted in both hope and inspiration. This summer, the Hop In Car Wash opened in Carson's honor, a small piece of his legacy woven into our everyday lives.
Hop In & Get Involved
That same spirit of giving shows up every month, as Preston Cares features a new Preston Frog color, each one representing a local cause close to our hearts. And as the holidays approach, two of our favorite traditions return. Through our annual Bears That Care Bike Drive, deserving children get new bikes this holiday season, a program whose success relies on volunteer support and community involvement. And with our Turkey Drive, we give away turkeys to families right here in our community, a small way to show how thankful we are for the neighbors who support us all year long.
